As a user you must agree and acknowledge that you will not use the digital platforms of CVC Finance Limited for money laundering or any kind of illegal or criminal activities that relates to anti-terrorism laws in the country.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure refers to an event that is beyond CVC Finance Limited’s or CVC Finance mobile application’s control and that CVC Finance Limited is unable to prevent through the exercise of reasonable effort, such as appropriation of seized services, terrorist activity or other catastrophe, strike or other similar occurrences.

Modification

CVC Finance Limited retains the right, at its discretion, to change any information or content on this platform at any time without previous notice or warning and the right to periodically amend the terms and conditions.
